My life is an atypical adventure.. and change has been a drumbeat that I have heard regularly since I was very young. This led me to love complexity (IT), people (HR), cultural differences as well as to live in various countries and learn several languages that I speak fluently (French, English, German, Portuguese).
After my commercial studies, I began my career in accounting (1996-1998), before moving into stock market trading (1998-2002) and IT project management (2003-2017), HR (2015-…) and HR (2015-…). For 20+ years, I have managed all or part of complex projects within large Swiss and foreign companies, using various methodologies [PMP, Hermes, Scrum, Prince2], led teams and activities for which I had not really been trained beforehand, committing myself unfailingly to learning off-the-job and steadily achieving objectives.
I entered the world of project management through the back door thanks to my ability to juggle complexity to make it malleable. I particularly enjoyed collecting millions of data lines, manipulating them to simulate various options before a negotiation, harmonizing them before migration to a new system, creating stories and test scenarios, mapping interfaces, auditing and monitoring using methods and KPI cockpits that I set up myself.
Since 2015, the human dimension has taken a more important place in my professional life. From 2015 to 2018, I was an HR specialist and HR-IS project manager [SAP Successfactors, HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.] and it was a joyful challenge on a daily basis. After obtaining my Swiss federal HR certification in 2017, I repositioned myself and chose to further develop my skills related to coaching, adult training and change management [Prosci, ADKAR + Adaptative Governance].
Clearly, supporting change within organizations is my holy grail, the heart of my professional DNA and my motivation when I get up in the morning. This is what I want to continue practicing for the next many years and I would be delighted to help you throughout your own transformation process, alongside your IT and HR teams.
